The noise from traffic and loud music outside is unbearable!!! Facilities need a serious upgrade to address broken amenities and poor maintenance!!! Improve communication regarding hidden fees for the pool and sauna, as it creates distrust!!!

Great location & spacious rooms!
Found this gem thanks to a cab driver! The staff are super friendly, and the area feels safe with lots of other tourists around. The room was spacious—a perfect fit for us. The snack bar was a nice touch, but the restaurant was closed during our stay. No biggie since the mall is just a few mins away.

The location was decent, close to shopping and food. Had a nice layout in the room, it was clean and big enough for the kids!
